Trophy Lakes / Charleston Aqua Park is the cable on a private 40-acre freshwater lake on Johns Island, a short drive from Charleston. Charleston Aqua Park runs a brand-new two-tower cable for wakeboard and cable-pulled boogie board — the same campus riders have long called Trophy Lakes. The family side of the lake is a floating inflatable aqua park (slides, monkey bars, climbing walls) and America’s first above-water ropes course with a zipline finish into the water. On the Trophy Lakes sports campus beside it: boat slalom and water ski, paddleboard, a well-known disc golf course, a pro shop, and camping / RV. Lessons and board rental sit on the cable; parking is free on site.
